Ryanna Battiste is the founder and co-owner of GRUB, a dynamic food education resource offering programs and support to help people change their lives through food. A lifelong cook, who also suffered from a host of undiagnosed maladies, Ryanna took her first step toward the world of food education in 2007 while studying at Apicius Culinary Institute in Florence, Italy. As she sought to get to the bottom of her deteriorating health and her son’s extreme colic, she realized that food, namely gluten, was closely linked to their every symptom. After much self-experimentation and research, she came to believe that healing her gut was critical to becoming well, and her love of cooking and eating turned its focus toward nourishing and healing her body with each forkful. Since there weren't reliable resources available to her, she decided to open GRUB to share her experiences and knowledge with others as they begin to travel this journey to optimal health. Ryanna is studying at Duke University towards her Certification as an Integrative Health Coach. In addition to sharing her knowledge broadly through speaking engagements, Ryanna is especially passionate about counseling private clients and coaching them towards vibrant health and healing through food.

Amy Fothergill

Amy Fothergill was trained at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. She never thought her culinary skills would be necessary to manage her family’s special diet but has found her cooking knowledge has come in handy. Currently she is acooking instructor, consultant, blogger, and author of a gluten-free cookbook, The WarmKitchen. She lives in the San Francisco bay area with her husband and two children.

Tiffany Hinton

Tiffany started blogging in June of 2010, while going through treatments for infertility. Like many others; she struggled to talk about her experience, leading to an online journal for sharing emotions and heart. Following the birth of her first child she began to share gluten free substitutes for her favorite family recipes on her blog GFmomcertified.com. After three children in just three years, gluten free cooking has become a necessity. Discovering she was not alone in the challenge to feed a gluten free family, opened the path to writing Gluten Free Mom Certified. She creates and shares GF recipes each week on her blog to help GF mothers meet the challenge of GF cooking.
